I didn’t realize this, but there use to be a tunnel through Potrero Hill! I just found out. The tracks were from around 22nd St. and went under the hill and came out by Anchor Brewery. The tunnel had to be filled in after an earthquake.
Geez, I hope this was in the disclosure package. 
The North of Market/Tenderloin Community Benefit District has created a restaurant guide to the Tenderloin. Very cool. Is the Tenderloin the new Valencia St “Gourmet Ghetto”?

One of the problems with all that concrete is that rain goes straight down the sewer and straight out into the ocean. The idea is…let that water seep in, give it a chance to filter into the ground.
