I, for example, live downtown in a 3-bedroom home designed by Mies van der Rohe, surrounded by 20 acres of lush green park. My mortgage is literally less than I paid my dog walker each month in San Francisco. So don’t feel too bad for us poor souls in Detroit. We’ll manage.”
